Our Coast speaks of New Zealand’s coastal identity, using native New Zealand Kelp and Marlborough sea salt to bring a sense of New Zealandness to the gin. Inspired in part by the melding of a cocktail olive inside a Martini and the efforts to recreate that inside a gin.
