Fruity and smooth
You'll find sweet yuzu and kaffir lime on the nose. On tasting, the spices rub your cheeks from the inside eventually giving way to the exotic tartness of passionfruit, ginger, gorse flowers (which give it a coconut aroma), with the kaffir lime leaf cutting through in the base.
The gin is a unique recipe and coloured by macerating hibiscus petals in the gin after distillation. Being a natural colouring, it will fade if exposed to sunlight.
